Switch to Jill on Normal and examine every readable item — diaries, lab notes, photographs. Bank the easier story unlocks on this run too.
Saving Richard and Barry is required to unlock the file you need for Every Nook and Cranny. Miss either rescue and the readable never spawns.
Another Jill run, this time without using any healing items. Use the knife on grouped zombies to save herbs for emergencies you can't walk past.
